Formal procurement inquiries must be submitted through the appropriate government procurement channels. CODICE Technology LLC is registered in SAM.gov and participates in DC Government procurement systems.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CODICE Technology LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to CODICE Technology LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the District of Columbia. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CODICE Technology LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

All legal notices to CODICE Technology LLC should be sent in writing to the address below. We may provide notices to you via email or by posting on the Site. Notices are deemed effective upon posting or upon sending to the email address you provided to us.
